Permanent Veterinary Surgeon
We’re looking for a Mid-career / Senior Vet with confidence in routine consults and surgeries, who’s also:

Passionate about client relationships and continuity of care

Keen to work with a varied caseload, from hamsters to Great Danes

Comfortable working within a small team of vets, nurses and care assistants
-
Open to new ideas — and ready to grow with us
Experience in obstetrics and advanced soft tissue is a bonus but not essential — we support CPD & development.

Are you a recent graduate ready to take your first steps into clinical practice — somewhere you can learn, grow and genuinely enjoy the journey?
At The Aces, Pitsea, we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated New Graduate Vet to join our expanding independent team.
Here, you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Instead, you’ll be supported by experienced senior vets who will guide you through the early stages of your career — starting with a consult focused role and gradually building your confidence in surgery and case management.
We’re passionate about creating a learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed and professional development is a shared goal.
What We Offer:
